Hi, Everyone.

I am totally new to wordpress. I am fairly good at static html pages. I create the odd html web site now and again, I am reading alot of good things at the moment about wordpress. Can it be coded fairly easily or is it best to start from a wordpres theme ? How dificuly is it to add / modify things in a theme. If anyone could point me to a good resource of information I would aprreciate it.
