I run Atahualpa 3.4.6 and WPMU 2.9.1. Atahualpa almost do a perfect job but some page from WPMU does not use the Atahualpa theme.
for example when I leave any requirement field in the comments area empty, it gives me the wp-comments-post.php without header without footer.
How do I make it works?

There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes.
