it put this code in css bit when hover on link disc disappears..

is this a hint you are providing or is this a question you have?

actually it is question my problem is that i have following code in [ css ] but when i hover mouse on links in widget the disc just disappears and i also want to know how i can dashed underline every link in widget ....
