Flynn.

Just tried 3.4.6.

All seems to work this end, but I am finding a hard limit on thumb size of 150px. Anything set at or below that value works. If any size is set above 150px, then the size defaults to 150px. Is it supposed to work that way? or have I missed something. Otherwise it all seems to work. I can now get rid of my cruddy css hack

Ignore me, I missed something. What I said in part was true, but its a wordpress thing. You can have whatever you want as long as the thumb is resized, or with a new image upload. I picked up the following from another blogger:

"There is one caveat for this feature in WordPress 2.9 ó it only works fully for new image uploads. We canít yet resize images on the fly, although Iím strongly considering it for a future version. If you call the template functions on a post that has a Post Thumbnail that was uploaded prior to your theme having declared the new sizes, you wonít be able to do hard-cropping, and the box-resize will be done in the browser. As a temporary solution, Viper007Bond has a great plugin that will go back and create missing image sizes for you."

Was wondering if any mods wanted to change the thread title to [solved] as it looks like there is an ongoing problem, which is not the case.
