You'll see that when I increased the font size in the menu, it now spills out of the menu bar by a few pixels. Try as I might, I have not been able to fix it.

I added more pixels to the size of rMenu in the CSS Inserts area but that didn't help.

I'd appreciate some direction.

Since I don't know how much you know about Atahualpa I just to make sure you make the font size change in "ATA>Page Menu Bar>Font Size & Face". Also did you add any other CSS inserts that have to do with the menu bar?

I just tried setting my font size very big with no problem.

That is correct. I changed the font info in "ATA>Page Menu Bar>Font Size & Face" to:

15px Arial, Verdana, sans-serif

Under CSS Inserts I have:

div.widget a:link, a:visited, a:hover { color:#fffffe; }
div#twitter-3 li { padding-bottom: 8px; }
td#right { padding-top: 0; )

Hmm, no matter what size I set the font to, it's always a pixel or two larger than the bar itself. I just changed it to 25px with the same result.

The "Background Color" is set to:

707070

And the "Border around all menu items" is set to:

1px #707070

Could that "1px" be the culprit? I left it there because the help next to it says "Leave the border width at 1px, match colors if you want to make it dissapear."

Changing that value doesn't seem to do anything.

I'm not real sure what is going on but adding this to CSS Inserts seems to "fix" it.

No problem also for what it's worth I would add some padding (padding:5px for example) to the Widget Content Box in "ATA>Style Widgets" so that the text isn't riding against the edge of the box.
