Is there away to get rid of the word "categories" while retaining the functionality. I want to use categories on my side bar but I don't want the list to be called "categories", I want to call it "companies". Can this be done?

You can change the 'Title' of the widget, just go to WIDGETS, and copy the widget to the sidebar. You will then see a place to put your own term in place of 'Category'
