Where do I change the white background color in the header area to make it consistent with the background colors of the page content and side bars that I have modified. I can't seem to find where to change this. Also the background of the menu options in the header/footer are white and I would like to change those also. See link below:

Are you referring to the two white lines that surround your rotating image?

Those are the two bars that you can modify under the Style & edit Header Area section of the Atahualpa Theme Options.

They are both located at the bottom: Horizontal Bar 1 and Horizontal Bar 2.
