My header image is located in

and background image is

All are wrong and
I would like to change it but I don't know where to change it.

your url for the images is http://localhost/wordpress/wp-conten...teenbanner.jpg' It can't be localhost
use 'http://www.mangosteenlover.com/wp-content/themes/atahualpa/images/header/mangosteenbanner.jpg' instead

What do you have set in the dashboard->Settings->General for 'WordPress address (URL)' and 'Blog address (URL)'?
