Just a quick and easy question - where do I find the code that writes the Title of each post? I'd like to remove the <div class="clear"></div> that appears after it!

OSX 10.6.8/10.7.3 WP 2.8.x/2.9.x/3.x Atahualpa 3.5.x/3.7.x Safari 5.x Firefox 11 XP
What version of Atahualpa are you running? I don't see that html around the titles in 3.4.2 - do you have any plugins that may be adding it?
