I would like to move my site from one server (go daddy) to another (laughing squid) and redirect a .org and .com domain.

If I download my files, will I be able to upload them to the new server with out losing the sites structure and content.

I know how to change servers and forward domain names etc. I just want to make sure that when I do move my files the Atahualpa Theme Options will not be lost. All altercations to the theme I assume will remain saved in the files. I know this might seem obvious, but I've never worked with templates like this.

All the changes to the theme's options are stored in the wp_options table. Any changes to CODE is in the theme folder. So you have to move the database and the files.
