There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Putting links to category archives in the page menu bar

What I'd like to do is this: I only want one menu bar on my site, but I want it to link to the pages and the individual category archives. In other words, treat each category archive link as though it was its own page, for navigational purposes anyway. How can I do this?
