I have recently upgraded the theme to the latest version of 3.4.2 and the plugin WP-dTree is giving problems.

It's a openable tree on the left sidebar showing the various categories. It's just not opening anymore if Scriptaculous Effects are enabled. It was working fine on the previous versions. I checked the settings for WP-dTree and the test tree that they show there was working fine but it's just not working in the theme.

How do I get the Scriptaculous Effects back?

Set the Javascript to external at Configure CSS & JS -> Javascript: External file or inline?

Then add the red part in header.php line 23 to disable Atahualpa's javascript

and upload header.php again, and see if it works then
