I have been using Atahalpa theme but for technical errors on the server I had to install a fresh version WP. When I try to find Atahualpa theme from my dashboard WP can not find it.

Any suggestions please?

I've searched multiple times, reinstalled WP, search does not respond at all

did you go to wordpress.org and do the search there?
