there is no Atadefault.txt file in the theme...where are you getting it from?

Oh those. Those are styles that you could import as a starting point. You would open them in a text editor and do a select all/copy then go to ATO->Export/Import Settings->Import Atahualpa settings file and paste the text in and save it. HOWEVER, THIS WILL REPLACE ANY SETTINGS YOU ALREADY HAVE.

How are you getting Atahualpa? Are you doing teh WordPress automatic theme update or are you FTPing the files?
