Not sure why or what I may have done to enable the search box. the export of the theme setting reveals the code. Please advise how to remove. TY!!!

OSX 10.11.5 WP 4.x Atahualpa(all) Safari, Firefox, Chrome
Look in the theme options. since it's in the header, that's where I'd start looking.
