Tags and Categories Issue

Can someone tel me whats going on with my tag and categories? I am pretty sure that some of the letters and words are coming out like this "('', ', ', '"

check your ATO->Edit POST/PAGE INFO ITEMS->FOOTER:xxxxxxxx settings, you probaly have a typo
