I just updated to the new version Atahualpa, and then I got this problem.

You will see that I set right sidebar to 0 pixels, but some help text is still in there, and i don't know how to remove :-(

No need to set it to 0. You can completely uncheck the sidebar at A.Theme Options -> Sidebar -> RIGHT sidebar: Display on:
