I have a long list of static pages in my site and all of the links are being listed at the top of the header - i want to take this out. How do i do it? pls. explain *slowly* - i'm a newbie :-)

You can exclude any page you want from the menu bar by adding it's id to ATO -> Page Menu Bar -> Exclude pages from Page Menu Bar?

To get the ID of the page, edit the page and you will see '....action=edit&post=XX' in the address bar. XX is the ID of the page.
