I'm running ATA 3.7.9. Does ATA have Enqueue jQuery included with it? got a plugin that says if the theme has it I can disable it on the plugin.

If the function wp_list_comments() exists
AND it is a single post page or a 'page' page
AND comments are open for the post/page
THEN wp_enqueue_script('comment-reply') is called.
