I love this theme ...

As I'm configuring a new site, I can't seem to find anything the points me to modifying the individual elements in the "Meta" widget. Any ideas?

the m'Meta' widget is part of the WordPress core and not part of the theme.

try a google search 'wordpress meta widget'

That would be WP related, not ATA specific, but google is your friend.
