Hello, How can I enable atahualpa to show featured images both on excerpts and full posts?

Currently I have 1 full posts on the home page and then excertps, I would like to show the featured image for both, and possible double the size of the thumbnail of the full post.

Just add the featured image into the body of the post as well in whatever size you want.

nah that would be time consuming I just added <?php the_post_thumbnail(medium); ?> before the while cycle in index.php

Anyone using this idea just needs to be aware that this modification will get overwritten if the theme gets upgraded.
