RFE 113-03: allow the ability to not strip HTML when using bfa_excerpt()

OSX 10.11.5 WP 4.x Atahualpa(all) Safari, Firefox, Chrome

It would be nice if you could specify HTML not to strip when using the bfa_excerpt() function.
