When I create the Page Name for the Menu Buttons, I notice that the Page Name also appears in the body. For example, if the Menu Button is "About Me" and I click on that button, the page I am taken to says "About Me" in the body.

How do I get rid of that?

I'd use CSS and use a 'display:none' on the element

Oh boy.... I don't know what that means.

do a google search using 'css display' and you can read about what it does.

then use firebug in firefox to examine the element and figure out the CSS Selector you will need with that CSS rule.
