what i want to do is put one picture surrounded with adsense ads with next previous buttons. so my page imp will increase.

every gallery plugin i found doesn't do that.
can you please recommend me something.

Creating the page is part of developing your website. If you want a gallery plugin and AD's and can't find a suitable plugin, you may have to change your design concept or spend more time learning HTML and CSS so you can impliment the design or hire someone to do it for you.

We can give you general suggestions, but what you are asking is beyond the time limit available from me on the forum. Maybe someone else will be willing to hold your hand

What gallery plugins have you tried. NextGen for one will let you have one image with a paging option to go to the next page.

Also if you had looked at the source for the site you had as an example you would see they are using Portfolio Slideshow Pro. The free version may also work for you as well.
