I used to receive emails notifying me of new subscribers and comments to my Wordpress blog. That seems to be a thing of the past. Does anyone know why or how to fix? Did it happen in an upgrade of either Wordpress or ATA?

If this just stopped working I would look at a plugin conflict. Other than that it is just a WordPress setting in Settings>Discussion.

Disabling plug ins has worked well to solve problems in the past but not this time.

Have you checked with the plugin auhor?
Have you done a search at WordPress.org to see if anyone else has the issue?

Turned out to be a problem with a google email site. fixed now. Many thanks.
