I already add Edit Clickable link on but I can't find how can I add Trash Clickable Link.

I am using Atahualpa 3.4.9

is this part of a plugin? if so which one and what is the link to it?
If so did you ask the plugin's author?
If it is not a plugin - what is it and how did you do it and where did you put it?
