I use Wordpress 3.2.1 and Atahualpa 3.7.1 together with qTranslate 2.5.24. qT works pretty fine with Ata. Ata shows all languages according to the selector, even it transcribes the qT langauge tags in it's widgets as well.

Unfortuately Ata resets after a while all qT tags in the Ata theme options. E.g. if I specify different languages (English/German) in FOOTER multi post page options by

[:en]%edit('', 'Edit Post', '')% [:de] %edit('', 'Artikel bearbeite', '')%

...everything works fine - I can switch between English and German. But after a while Ata resets to English only:

%edit('', 'Edit Post', '')%

This happens for all other Ata options as well.

what is awhile. Are you saying that if you set it up and leave it alone for...say five days, it changes by itself? no edits/posts, changes to the backend?

so if you select german, go to a post and sit there for a couple minutes, the language switches?
Got any plugins that are doing automatic refreshes?
what happens if you disable all plugins but qtranslate?
