How to make search box appear in header on EVERY page

I moved it and it shows up on my homepage only.

On the rest of my pages the search box is covering the page titles. I'm not sure how to remedy this. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

without knowing the version of Atahualpa, WP and the url of the site, it is a little hard to tell.

I am using WP 3.2.1 and Atahualpa 3.7.1

What browser, it looks fine in safari on the iPad

Looks fine to me in Firefox.
