I was adjusting right side bar on a new page and now have lost display of everything bar top and left sidebar - I can't find out why? Please help.

Further info.

Since problem I have uploaded newest version of Theme to site and tried this theme with the being the same. I have had to use another theme to keep the site open for the present. This is showing posts and comments unlike the original theme.

I deleted the 'i' so was getting stuck here.
