I am using Atahualpa 3.6.7 and Wordpress 3.1.3. I'm putting a simple site together (canagram.com) and when checking it in Chrome noticed that the toolbar for SEO Quake pushes the header image down into the page nav bar and distorts the layout. I've attached a screenshot of the distortion. Is there a way to avoid this? Closing the toolbar corrects the problem.

It looks like you will have to edit the background image so it lines up with the menubar.

This is probably the same issue that the WORDPRESS admin menu had in the early 3.x release. The plugin is stuffing it's DIV at the top of the page instead of the bottom. I'd go complain to the plugin author.
