Customization - RSS feed from ASP to something else...

Hi,

We have a coupon RSS through Coupons.com that we'd like to use. The problem is that the URL they gave us for the RSS uses an ASP file and our host cannot run asp files.

I'd like to find someone who can write something to parse this into a regular rss feed that I can use in one of the Wordpress RSS plugins.

Alternatively, I might be interested in having a programmer set up the feed so it can display coupons from the feed on our site in a way similar to this (note the coupon display in the center top):

Can you point me to someone who might be able to do this for us?
