I installed WordPress 3.1.2. and it runs fine. I installed Atahualpa 3.6.4 and am getting an internal server error. I have installed this combination on many unix servers with no problem. The godaddy server is a windows server, PHP 5, MySQL 5. Does Atahualpa run on windows servers? If so, what could the problem be?

You could be hitting the stream wrapper issue. I suggest you download 3.6.7 and try it in lace of 3.6.4 - it has the stream wrappers removed....of course you could also move off of the host
