How can I make a sticky post with a large photo - instead of a thumbnail photo (small).

When I make a sticky post everything is working except that it shows the small thumbnailphoto.
I want the sticky post to show a large photo.

Please help me

You are probably viewing the excerpt of the sticky post. You could use the manual excerpt box and and an there or perhaps you can go to ATO>Configure Excerpts and add to the don't strip these tags box.
