I created a new page, contact, but it's not showing up the page menu bar. There are no excluded pages, so I'm not sure what else it could be.

are you using the new Wordpress menu? In which case you have to manually add it to your menu

How do I know? I just started this last week. I've got MENU 1 (Page Header) and a simple exclude pages. How do I manually add it? I didn't manually any of the other pages.

if you haven't used the dashboard->appearances->menu, then your using the atahualpa menu. Did you actually publish the page?
