Scroll to the bottom of the page of the above link, and roll over the logos. I would like something similar (at least in function) to these popups. Have not found a plugin. Have found a few that where for post or pages, but I want to be able to apply it to a sidebar text widget that has navigation buttons. So when you rolled over the button, not only would it change (color, which I have now) but would also display a popup like this.
