I am wondering how to display full post on widget and not on center posts colums when I create certain type of new article?

Is that possible?

use a static homepage, which (by default) does not show the postsin the center column

then put a widget or custom code in your sidebar to show what you want to show up there
that could range from some kind of "latest posts plugin", to a query_posts plugin/widget .. or any custom php in a php widget

but this is more a general wordpress question, not a theme related question so much
so best read/ask around at wordpress.org or any other wordpress source ..

Check out the Spectacu.la Page Widget. It lets you build a page and put it in the sidebar as a widget. Pretty neat.
