I've uploaded a new header image and changed the height in the options section and nothing displays, just white space and the height (difference between the bars) seems not to be changed. Any thoughts as to why this is not working

Your header image's file name might have a space or unusual characters. It should consist of only letters, numbers, - (dash) and _ (underscore)
