I'm setting up a new website and don't want the categories to show at all on the category menu. Since I don't have categories yet, I can't enter the ones I don't want by their ID. It would be so much easier to just turn off all writing in the bar. How would I do that?

Currently, it says "No categories" on the bar, that is certainly not ideal. I just want it blank!
