My blog updated automatically to 3.7.24 and I lost the header, menus and sidebars.
My blog is MyHealthyEatingHabits.com
I was able to go into the widgets area to add them back to the side bar.
How Do I add back the blog heading and menus?

There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes.
