Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA

There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. 468x60 banner right in the center of the header area?

Need to center a banner in the header beside the logo image. I have searched and not found anyting to help me. They either never found a way or wanted a banner above/below the header. I have included a screenshot of what I would like to achieve.
