What would be the best way to have a sidebar menu to link to an area on a page as opposed to the page. Thanks

OSX 10.11.5 WP 4.x Atahualpa(all) Safari, Firefox, Chrome

Do a google search on 'html link in page' or some such and read the syntax and look at examples that will show you how to do it
