I just started building my website today, and I don't have any previous experience with web design. My problem is that I am trying to place an image at the bottom of my page that repeats across the screen. I want it to appear in front of my background image. I'm not sure whether or not this is even possible to achieve.

In ATO>Body, Text, and Links there is an example of code for a background image which you would just position on the bottom with bottom-left instead of at the top with top-left. Then you want to use repeat-x to repeat only in a horizontal direction. The image needs to be one that can repeat horizontally or you would need to make it wide enough to fill the widest monitor but this could make for a large file size for the image which could lead to a long load time for the page.
