There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. [SOLVED] IO error message when uploading from computer

I have installed Light Box Plus. (not sure that is the problem) I am trying to upload images and it hangs at 36% or 62% or whatever and then a red "IO error" message appears.

Additionally...not sure if this is related, but if I want to put up images separately on a page (the customer wants to do this) Extra code gets thrown in between the a href tag and the image tag, so it looks like this on the browser
