www.sweetlycaustic.com is my site. I updated to Atahualpa 3.6.4 when it was released, and I haven't been able to switch it back. I am a full time student, so I haven't had a chance yet to do deeper research about why this may not be working, so I apologize if this is redundant.

Are you talking about the order of the category menu items?

That's correct.

It looks like you are using %cat-right. This reverses the order of the categories in the menu bar but if you use the WordPress menu systems you can just rearrange the order to compensate.
