[SOLVED] Use Image as Headers in Sidebar Widgets

Hi, I'm trying to use an image as the background for titles in my sidebar widgets.

But I don't know how and I can't find what I'm looking for in the forums.

The site is at http://jdwrite.com/test
and I'd like to use this image

so that each widget has its title superimposed on the button.

Or I can create customized buttons.

But I'm not sure of the code (and where to put it) either way.
