This is specific to Atahualpa and specific to being placed in the header.
When plugin is activated and run in IE8 as a header half the image is missing like it is aligned right instead of centered.
I have the following cal in HTML Inserts Header:

There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes.
