There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. [SOLVED] Steps to upgrade WP manually

Can someone tell me the best steps to follow to manually upgrade Wordpress 2.9.x to 3.x. I would have sworn I saw this listed on a thread before but I have just spend about a hour looking for it and cant find it.
