how to fix search Box position?

I upgrade 3.4.5 to 3.5.3


I input the code below on " ATO>Add HTML/CSS Inserts"

when i go to http://bdtechnology.tk
The search Box appear on the page menu bar . But if i login then it don't appear on the page menu bar. search Box go to top on page menu bar.
