There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. CSS served INLINE because wp-content/uploads is not writable

Our installation (3.5.1) is running on Windows 2008 R2 server. Write permissions have been added on the wp-content/uploads/montezuma Dir for IUSR & IIS_IUSRS. (http://campgroundbusiness.com ) All plugins have been disabled for this site. I am stumped on how to resolve the issue of inline styles rendering. Any suggestions would be most welcome! Thanks!
