Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA

There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. [SOLVED] How to change background color?

Noob here. I want to change the color behind/outside my website (from white to black), but can't figure out how to do it. I can change background colors anywhere inside the site layout -- & all of the info I've found re "background color" seems to concern this issue -- but not the color outside of site layout. Seems it should be simple, but I can't find it. Thanks for any help.
